Many people think that change our life healthier means that you must not eat, you must not drink(get have a fun with friends), you must not be alive, but this is not reality. You can make everything what you want but you have to deny something for your healthy life.
   There are too many people in the world who think a healthy life means hunger. They do not understand that diet is not hunger. For this reason, many people, mostly women, suffer from diseases such as anorexia or obesity. There are many people who likes stars and famous people, they want same body as they have but they do not realize that they have a different paper and they have different body. The genes play a big role on our body shape and you do not need good body shape without healthy.
    Having a good body shape is not a crime it is beneficial for us as it promotes a healthy lifestyle but we consider a good body shape. We would be healthy and fit, that all. if we went pursue a good body shape, we should do it for ourselves, not for society,  not for your crush, not for your friends who think that a good body shape is everything . Good body shape is gained by healthy lifestyle and fitness.
